On-site Operations Helper

About the role

We are looking for an on‑site Helper to support the day‑to‑day operations of examination and project centres in Nagpur. Working under supervision, you will help set up rooms, arrange furniture and equipment, and assist with basic installation of biometric, CCTV and IT hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare examination or project centres by arranging furniture, equipment and supplies.
• Assist with the installation and basic handling of biometric devices, CCTV cameras and other IT hardware.
• Manage entry points, guide candidates or visitors, and maintain orderly queues.
• Support security and frisking teams as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and move materials as needed.
• Follow safety, security and compliance guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Basic literacy and numeracy with the ability to follow written instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift lightweight to moderate loads.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate with diverse teams.
• Prior experience in field operations, event support, security assistance or facility management is an advantage.
