OHE Supervisor/Engineer (Execution) – Bharuch, Anand, Surat

About the role

The OHE Supervisor/Engineer (Execution) will lead the planning, execution and safe completion of overhead equipment (OHE) activities across Bharuch, Anand and Surat sites. This role acts as the Person In Charge of Work (PICOW) ensuring projects meet technical, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise OHE activities such as mast/upright erection, cantilever erection, wiring, droppers, ATD installation, section insulators, cross‑feeders and earthing.
• Manage manpower, materials, machinery, tools, work fronts, traffic/power blocks and site resources to achieve optimum productivity.
• Interface with Track, Viaduct, Civil, Signalling, Electrical contractors and client representatives for site readiness, sequencing, inspections and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements, raise and close RFIs, verify quantities and maintain progress records.
• Monitor material consumption and drive achievement of physical targets within scheduled timelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in OHE execution or similar electrical construction projects.
• Proven ability to act as PICOW and manage multidisciplinary teams on site.
