Offset Printing Machine Operator

About the role

Koncept Prints is seeking an experienced Offset Printing Machine Operator to join its production team in Delhi. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring offset printing presses to deliver high‑quality printed materials on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare plates, inks, and paper and adjust machine settings for each job.
• Run test prints, verify registration and colour accuracy, and inspect output for defects.
• Make real‑time adjustments to maintain print quality and meet production targets.
• Perform routine maintenance, clean equipment and work areas, and follow safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Strong machine‑operation experience with offset printing equipment.
• Proven quality‑control ability to inspect printed output against specifications.
• Competence with hand tools for minor adjustments, maintenance, and repairs.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork and coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing technology is a plus.
