About the role

We are looking for a reliable Office Boy to support daily office operations in Bankura. The role involves handling basic office maintenance tasks, managing supplies, and ensuring smooth distribution of equipment and documents.

Key responsibilities

Distribute equipment, parts, and files to relevant staff members.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage orders, sales orders, and inventory records.
Maintain office supplies, including ordering and restocking items as needed.
Track and report on inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records.
Submit all delivery paperwork to the office at the end of each day.

Required profile

Minimum education: 8th pass, 10th pass, 12th pass or higher.
Ability to work an 8‑hour shift schedule with Sundays off.

Required skills

Basic office paperwork handling.
Record‑keeping and inventory tracking.

What we offer

Salary ranging from 7,000 to 9,000 INR per month.
