Nursing Staff Positions – BSc, MSc, GNM & DGNM

About the role

We are seeking qualified nursing professionals (B.Sc, M.Sc, GNM, DGNM) to provide comprehensive patient care in accordance with clinical standards and hospital protocols. The role involves direct patient interaction, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' health conditions, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate nursing records.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, surgeries, and emergency care.
• Educate patients and families on medication, nutrition, hygiene, and follow‑up care.
• Ensure infection‑control practices, patient safety, and proper use of medical equipment.
• Support admission, discharge, transfer, and overall patient‑care procedures.

Required profile

• Valid nursing registration with the appropriate nursing council.
• Relevant clinical experience preferred; freshers may be considered for suitable positions.
• Good knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, infection control, and basic medical terminology.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Medication administration (including injections and IV therapy).
• Patient monitoring and vital‑sign assessment.
• Medical documentation and accurate record‑keeping.
