About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a Nursing Officer to join its clinical team. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting patients and families throughout their recovery journey.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms of patients.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and respond to changes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Deliver bedside care and operate medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing.
• Academic record with 1st division in 10th, 12th, and nursing qualification.
• 3 months to 5 years of experience in nursing, including patient assessment, care planning, and record keeping.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Medical equipment operation.
