Nursing Officer – Occupational Health (On‑site)

About the role

The Nursing Officer will deliver comprehensive occupational health and clinical care to employees at Shree Cement's Suratgarh site. Working full‑time on‑site, you will support a safe and healthy work environment through routine health assessments, emergency response, and health promotion activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular health examinations and monitor chronic conditions of staff.
• Provide first aid, emergency medical support, and wound care for workplace incidents.
• Maintain accurate medical records and prepare health reports in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate health awareness programs, including vaccinations, wellness campaigns, and preventive screenings.
• Collaborate with safety, HR, and operations teams to ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Facilitate referrals to external medical facilities when necessary.

Required profile

• Recognized nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent) with valid council registration.
• Experience in occupational health, industrial first aid, or emergency response.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, infection control, and documentation standards.
• Ability to work shifts, adapt to on‑site industrial conditions, and maintain confidentiality.
