Nursing Officer

About the role

The Nursing Officer will join CallHealth’s integrated healthcare platform to deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care across virtual, doorstep and centre‑based services. Based on‑site in Banjara Hills, the role supports seamless continuity of care between home, centre and digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records.
• Coordinate with physicians, allied health professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare patients for procedures and ensure infection‑control practices.
• Support virtual and doorstep care by using telehealth tools and mobile health applications.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and promote adherence to guidelines.
• Participate in quality, safety and ethical initiatives.

Required profile

• Recognised nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent) with valid council registration.
• Strong clinical nursing skills including patient assessment, medication administration and basic emergency care.
• Experience in hospital, home‑care or primary‑care settings preferred; digital‑health experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation accuracy and adherence to infection‑control standards.
• Effective time‑management and ability to handle multiple patient cases.
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice and continuous learning.
• Willingness to work shifts as required.
