About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Nursing Officer to join its clinical team. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting the hospital’s commitment to excellence and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms of patients.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and respond to changes promptly.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure bedside care standards.
• Operate and care for medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing/BSc Nursing/M.Sc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills, listening, teamwork, and communication.
• Initiative, coordination, cooperation, and moral support for patients.
• Computer literacy.
