Nursing Graduate – Patient Care & Support Role

About the role

We are seeking recent graduates with a BSc, MSc, GNM or DGNM in Nursing to join our healthcare team. The position involves delivering compassionate patient care, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring a safe environment for patients during their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily activities to promote comfort and safety.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families, keeping them informed about treatment plans and progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document any changes in health status in compliance with regulations.
• Administer prescribed medications, observe for side effects, and follow safety protocols.
• Respond to medical emergencies, including performing CPR or first aid as required.

Required profile

• Graduated with a BSc, MSc, GNM or DGNM in Nursing.
• Strong understanding of basic nursing concepts and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy when dealing with patients and families.
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
