Nursing Faculty – Classroom & Clinical Instruction

About the role

The OTT Faculty member will lead both classroom and clinical teaching for nursing students, ensuring that instruction meets academic standards and regulatory requirements. This position blends curriculum delivery with hands‑on supervision to prepare learners for real‑world healthcare environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans, lectures, and practical sessions for core nursing subjects such as medical‑surgical nursing, community health, and foundational skills.
• Supervise student clinical practice, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
• Update and refine curricula in line with current best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in academic meetings, maintain accurate academic records, and contribute to research or professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculty colleagues and healthcare partners to enhance teaching quality and student learning experiences.

Required profile

• Recognized nursing qualification (B.Sc. Nursing or higher) with registration on the relevant nursing council.
• Solid foundation in nursing theory and clinical practice.
• Prior teaching or clinical experience preferred.
• Commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to institutional and regulatory standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience using digital learning platforms for academic delivery and record‑keeping.
