Nurse – Multi‑Specialty OPD Clinic (Bangalore)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse to join our fast‑paced, multi‑specialty outpatient clinic in Bangalore. The role focuses on delivering protocol‑driven clinical assistance, capturing digital vitals, and supporting doctors during minor procedures while ensuring a paperless, high‑quality patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and record vitals (BP, pulse, temperature, SpO₂, weight, BMI) digitally in the EMR before each consultation.
• Enter structured clinical history and maintain electronic task checklists with 100% accuracy.
• Assist doctors during minor procedures such as dressings, injections, nebulisation, wound care and basic emergency support.
• Prepare and maintain sterile trays, follow autoclaving protocols and keep digital logs of equipment readiness.
• Verify informed consent in the EMR, conduct pre‑procedure checks and escalate any deviations.
• Maintain strict biomedical waste segregation and infection‑control protocols, supporting digital audit trails.
• Educate patients on post‑consult instructions, medications and follow‑up schedules, documenting all information electronically.
• Support real‑time EMR data entry and collaborate with IT to optimise the paperless workflow.

Required profile

• BSc Nursing or GNM (mandatory).
• 2–6 years of experience in OPD, day‑care or multi‑specialty clinic settings.
• Familiarity with digital EMR systems and paperless workflows is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems and digital documentation.
• Knowledge of infection‑control and sterilisation protocols.
• Ability to manage biomedical waste segregation.
