About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Assistant to join our healthcare team in Hyderabad. The role involves providing direct patient care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality care for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms.
• Administer medication and treatment as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient‑centered care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and report changes.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Deliver bedside care and operate medical equipment.
• Attend regular in‑service education sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Nursing (GNM, BSc, or M.Sc).
• 3 months to 5 years of experience in nursing or patient care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Initiative, moral support, and a compassionate approach to patients.
• Computer literacy.
