Nurse Assistant (Clinical Care)

About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Nurse Assistant to support patient care in a hospital setting. The role involves assisting nurses and physicians in delivering high‑quality clinical services, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe environment for patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history, symptoms, and vital signs of patients.
• Administer prescribed medication and treatments under supervision.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and basic nursing assessments.
• Monitor patient health status and report changes to the care team.
• Provide bedside care, including hygiene, mobility assistance, and patient education.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.

Required profile

• Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing.
• Academic record with first division in 10th, 12th, and nursing qualification.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
