NPI Engineer – Microwave Antennas

About the role

Join our team in Verna, Goa as an NPI Engineer focused on microwave antennas. You will lead new product introductions from prototype through high‑volume manufacturing, ensuring performance, quality, and manufacturability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive NPI activities from prototype to pilot and full‑scale production, meeting process readiness and yield targets.
• Define and optimise manufacturing processes and assembly flows for complex RF/microwave antenna assemblies, creating work instructions and control plans.
• Collaborate with design, test, and quality teams to embed DFM and DFT principles, reducing defects.
• Evaluate prototype performance, provide manufacturability feedback to R&D, and influence design changes.
• Manage material qualification, BOM reviews, and supply‑chain readiness for new antenna products.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Streamline NPI documentation and change‑control processes.
• Train manufacturing and test teams on new builds and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics, Telecommunication, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in RF/microwave engineering with a focus on antenna design, simulation, and measurements.
• Hands‑on experience developing jigs and fixtures.
• Familiarity with assembly‑line settings, powder coating, RF testing, and spinning processes.
