About the role
TaskVirtual is seeking enthusiastic telecallers for a night‑shift position that focuses solely on inbound and outbound communication – no sales involved. The role requires handling customer interactions with impeccable English, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for callers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place inbound/outbound calls during night‑shift hours.
- Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and follow established scripts.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records as required.

Required profile
