Night Shift Site Supervisor

About the role

The Night Shift Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all construction activities during the night shift at the project site. You will coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure that work complies with drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate night‑shift execution activities on site.
• Allocate, monitor, and manage technicians, labourers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Track daily progress against project milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, branding, fabrication, and installation teams.
• Monitor material usage and raise timely requisitions to avoid delays.
• Conduct quality checks before closing each activity.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, including manpower deployment and work status.
• Escalate site issues promptly and support timely resolution.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment.
