About the role
We are seeking a motivated Engineer to lead new product development initiatives for architectural and aluminium façade systems. The role involves creating innovative solutions, enhancing existing offerings, and tailoring products to meet client specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop new products for architectural and aluminium façade applications.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing product lines.
- Customize products based on specific customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Maintain documentation and technical specifications throughout the development cycle.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Or an MBA with a focus on Marketing.
