NATA Trainee

About the role

Invesco is seeking a motivated NATA Trainee to join its investment operations team in Telangana. This entry‑level position offers exposure to mutual fund processing, client service, and the broader investment management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured training to develop subject‑matter expertise and seek clarification when needed.
• Assess client requests, consult departmental guides, research procedures, and determine appropriate processing steps.
• Follow departmental policies while completing assigned work and own the outcomes.
• Maintain high quality, productivity, and efficiency metrics, applying feedback to reduce errors.
• Continuously upskill on new work types and contribute to team initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of the mutual fund industry and terminology (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Academic requirement: MBA Finance (2025 or 2026 batch) with at least 50% CGPA throughout schooling.

Required skills

• Keyboarding proficiency.
• Familiarity with Windows operating environment.
