About the role

We are looking for a reliable team member to join our production floor in Uttarakhand. The role supports daily manufacturing activities, material handling, and basic shop‑floor coordination under supervisor guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with material movement and preparation for production runs.
• Operate or help operate machinery while following standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any irregularities.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards in the work area.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and follow instructions accurately.

Required profile

• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing environments, preferably automotive.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical capability to stand, lift and perform routine shop‑floor tasks.
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality and cleanliness.
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
• Minimum school education; prior manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Reliability, integrity and a proactive attitude toward learning.
