MRP Controller

About the role

The MRP Controller will join Vestas' Global Service Supply Chain team, supporting the AME region. You will ensure timely material availability across service locations by aligning supply with internal demand in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Release purchase orders promptly following SAP ERP procedures.
• Manage assigned global MRP areas to guarantee material availability for internal customers.
• Validate demand inputs from stakeholders and correct rounding values or minimum order quantities.
• Maintain and enrich material master data, owning accurate MRP master data in SAP.
• Communicate material availability and order status proactively to internal customers.
• Conduct root‑cause corrective maintenance analysis for missed deliveries and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost process efficiency.
• Handle SAP exceptions to keep supply and demand aligned while preserving service levels.
• Provide timely updates on part number status, changes, and availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Over 5 years of supply‑chain experience, including purchase‑order creation and material master maintenance.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid understanding of supply‑chain fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Flexibility to support night‑shift coverage for European and US sites.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
