Mould Maker – Injection Moulding

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Mould Maker specialized in injection moulding to join our toolroom team in Aurangabad. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of moulds used for precision components in the electrical and automotive sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) for all customer moulds.
• Carry out breakdown maintenance and analyse recurring failures to implement corrective actions.
• Schedule and perform predictive maintenance activities under the guidance of the Head of Toolroom.
• Maintain accurate PM and breakdown records.
• Monitor and manage mould spare parts and consumables inventory.
• Troubleshoot daily mould‑related issues.
• Identify critical spares and plan their availability.
• Schedule mould corrections and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain toolroom machinery and equipment.
• Prepare for and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Tool‑making Diploma from NTTF or CIPET.
• 1–4 years of experience in mould maintenance, preferably in precision moulding for electrical or automotive applications.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Aurangabad.
