About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Montessori‑trained teacher to join our learning centre in Ankleshwar. The role focuses on creating a joyful, child‑centred environment where young learners can explore at their own pace.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Montessori‑based lessons that promote hands‑on learning.
- Observe each child’s development and adapt activities to support individual growth.
- Maintain a prepared environment that respects the child’s autonomy.
- Collaborate with a small team to continuously improve teaching practices.
- Document observations and communicate progress to parents and staff.
Required profile
- Montessori training or certification.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Observant, patient, and reflective attitude.
- Ability to design meaningful, experiential learning experiences.
- Commitment to respecting each child’s learning pace and to ongoing professional growth.
