Modelling Trainer (Full‑time)

About the role

4CHAMPZ is seeking a passionate Modelling Trainer to join its Bengaluru team. You will lead structured, age‑appropriate training sessions that develop runway walk, posture, choreography, posing techniques and stage presence for learners across schools, colleges and community programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training modules tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
• Conduct regular sessions on runway walk, posture, basic choreography, posing and stage presence.
• Provide constructive feedback and prepare learners for shows, competitions and portfolio shoots.
• Guide participants on grooming basics, professional etiquette and confidence‑building exercises.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
• Coordinate schedules, track learner progress and collaborate with other coaches.
• Support events and workshops organized by 4CHAMPZ.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience in modelling, including runway, posing, stage presence and basic choreography.
• Ability to design and deliver structured training programs for varied age groups.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring and classroom management skills with a learner‑centered approach.
• Clear communication in English and local languages; ability to give constructive feedback.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, reliability and willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Bengaluru.
• Experience with students in schools, colleges or community programs is an advantage.
• Background in modelling, performing arts, fashion or related fields; certifications are a plus.
