Mobile SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile SDET to design, build and maintain robust test automation frameworks for our mobile applications. The role combines strong programming skills with a deep understanding of mobile testing tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Appium, XCUItest, and Java.
• Write automation scripts in Java or Python to validate mobile app functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement Java‑based applications and services.
• Implement and maintain automated tests using TestNG or Cucumber.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable Java‑based REST web services.
• Perform frontend and API testing with Selenium and related tools.
• Utilize tools such as Charles Proxy for network debugging and analysis.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in mobile testing, especially with Appium.
• Strong programming skills in Java and familiarity with Python.
• Experience in backend development using Java and knowledge of web servers.
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium for UI and API testing.
• Comfortable with Unix/Linux shell scripting.
