Mobile Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Application Developer to build patient‑facing mobile apps that drive study participation and engagement. The role involves integrating wearable devices, delivering high‑quality code, and supporting end‑users after release.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android that interface with wearable devices such as step counters, glucose monitors, and ECG devices.
• Follow the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on tools, processes, and training initiatives.
• Provide occasional high‑level end‑user support, including feature training and troubleshooting.
• Deploy React Native libraries and manage dependencies using tools like CocoaPods and Gradle.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of professional experience in mobile app development for iOS, Android, or both.
• Strong understanding of binary mathematics / Boolean algebra.
• Experience integrating Bluetooth‑enabled wearable devices, including reading specifications and building data connectors.
• Ability to work onsite in Chennai, following a 5‑day work‑from‑office schedule.
