Mobile Application Developer (Flutter)

About the role

xFarm Technologies is seeking a Mobile Application Developer with strong Flutter expertise to build and scale high‑performance mobile applications for the global agriculture ecosystem. You will work on clean, responsive user experiences that help farmers manage crops, irrigation, machinery, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable iOS and Android apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement state‑management solutions such as MobX and Riverpod.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party SDKs.
• Collaborate with native teams using Swift, Kotlin, and Java when platform‑specific code is required.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
• Write unit and UI tests with frameworks like Mockito and Maestro.
• Perform performance profiling, debugging, and optimization across devices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to UI/UX discussions.
• Maintain technical documentation and engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience building production‑grade mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
• Familiarity with state‑management libraries (MobX, Riverpod).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third‑party libraries.
• Comfort working with native iOS/Android technologies when needed.
• Understanding of Git workflows and CI/CD automation.
