Mobile App Tech Lead (iOS & Android)

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile App Tech Lead to design, architect, and scale high‑performance mobile applications for our partners. The role is based in our Chennai office and requires on‑site presence every working day.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews for a team of mobile engineers.
• Write clean, maintainable code and integrate complex hardware communication protocols.
• Oversee backend implementation using Firebase services (Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, Authentication, Crashlytics).
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in native iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Extensive experience with the Firebase ecosystem.
• Preferred experience with low‑level protocols such as NFC and BLE.
• Experience with cross‑platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform) is a plus.
