Mobile App Developer (React Native)

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile App Developer to join our team and build high‑quality cross‑platform applications for the TLI product suite. You will work with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern UI/UX tools to deliver reliable, user‑friendly mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Estimate engineering effort, plan implementations and manage rollout of system changes.
• Collaborate with product owners to define the mobile experience and produce clear design documentation.
• Create responsive UI/UX screens, leveraging AI‑assisted tools such as Lovable/FigmaMake for rapid prototyping.
• Serve as the primary responder for production incidents affecting lead‑generation apps and implement monitoring tools.
• Maintain up‑to‑date build and deployment documentation, and manage releases to App Store (TestFlight) and Google Play.
• Run weekly code‑review sessions and ensure security best practices (OWASP, credential management) are followed.
