Mobile App Developer (React Native)

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile App Developer to join our team in India and help build, test, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications for the TLI platform. The role focuses on React Native development, delivering seamless user experiences, and ensuring robust deployment pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Estimate engineering effort, plan implementations and manage rollout of system changes.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define the mobile experience and produce clear design documentation.
• Implement user‑friendly UI/UX designs, leveraging AI‑powered tools such as Lovable and FigmaMake for rapid screen generation.
• Serve as the primary responder for live production incidents, proactively monitoring and addressing app‑related issues.
• Maintain documentation for building and deploying apps, and manage App Store (TestFlight) and Google Play releases, including compliance and store listings.
• Lead weekly code‑review sessions and evaluate implementations from a security perspective (OWASP, credential management).
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends in AI, automation and mobile development.
