Mobile App Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile App Developer to join our team in India and help build, launch, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications for the TLI platform. You will work with cross‑functional teams to translate business goals into robust, user‑friendly mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Estimate engineering effort, plan implementations, and manage rollout of system changes.
• Collaborate on the mobile app experience, providing technical insight to meet business objectives.
• Create clear design documentation and implement UI/UX designs following best‑practice principles.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Lovable/v0/FigmaMake) for rapid UI generation and screen creation across multiple device sizes.
• Act as the primary responder for live production incidents affecting lead‑generation apps and proactively implement monitoring tools.
• Maintain up‑to‑date build and deployment documentation, and manage App Store (TestFlight) and Google Play releases, including compliance and store listings.
• Lead weekly code‑review sessions, ensuring security standards (OWASP, credential management) are met.
• Stay current with emerging development trends, especially AI and automation.
