Midweight Designer

About the role

We are looking for a visual communication specialist who can translate ideas into compelling graphics across print and digital media. As a Midweight Designer you will shape the visual identity of brands, campaigns and publications while collaborating with a dynamic creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts, logos, packaging, and other graphic elements.
• Create visual guidelines and ensure consistent brand representation.
• Design the overall look and style for publications, advertising campaigns, and media sets (theatre, TV, film).
• Ideate and execute campaigns for any medium, from print to digital.
• Liaise with printers to guarantee high‑quality production.
• Interpret briefs and adhere to brand standards.

Required profile

• Fluent English.
• 2‑4 years of agency‑based design experience (excluding internships).
• Degree in art, design or a related field.
• Portfolio that showcases branding and advertising projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
