Mid-Weight Designer – Brand Identity

About the role

Landor’s Global Design Studio is seeking a Mid‑Weight Designer to lead and support corporate brand identity projects. You will translate brand strategy into visual systems that work across multiple markets and touch‑points, helping clients turn business challenges into brand opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end corporate brand identity projects, creating logos, typography, colour palettes, iconography and scalable design frameworks.
• Develop, document and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and toolkits for digital platforms, presentations, environmental graphics, publications, social media and internal communications.
• Collaborate with strategy, verbal identity, experience and cross‑functional teams, presenting concepts and incorporating feedback.
• Support ongoing implementation, evolution and governance of brand systems, staying current with branding trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branding, corporate identity or multidisciplinary design consultancies with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced design craft with exceptional typography, layout and visual communication skills.
• Ability to create detailed brand guidelines, standards and implementation frameworks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Figma.
