Microsoft Fabric Platform Administrator

About the role

As a Microsoft Fabric Platform Administrator you will ensure the global operation, availability and reliability of Bosch’s Microsoft Fabric environment. You will support a worldwide user community, enabling them to leverage data and AI capabilities at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system health, capacity utilization, performance and service reliability across the Fabric platform.
• Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements.
• Design, implement and maintain modern monitoring and observability solutions.
• Collaborate with security experts, business teams and Microsoft to deliver a secure, high‑performing service.
• Automate routine tasks, alerts, reporting and remediation to increase efficiency.
• Analyze usage patterns and capacity trends to provide recommendations for performance tuning and planning.
• Evaluate emerging Fabric features and drive their adoption to enhance user experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and project teams, providing guidance on best practices.
