About the role
We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our IT team as a Microsoft Engineer. You will assist in supporting, maintaining, and implementing Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure and related services for internal users.
Key responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support for Microsoft products and services.
- Assist in installing, configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365 applications.
- Support user account management, email setup and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and resolve routine technical issues.
- Help with Windows OS installation, updates and maintenance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on IT projects and deployments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Fresh graduate (0–1 year of experience).
- Basic understanding of networking, hardware and software troubleshooting.
Required skills
- Microsoft 365
- Windows operating system
- Basic knowledge of Azure (preferred)
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Fundamental cloud computing concepts
