Microsoft 365 Support Engineer – Enterprise Services

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join Bosch’s Global Software Technologies team in Bangalore. The role focuses on delivering L2 support for enterprise customers across the Microsoft 365 suite, ensuring service health, security, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Microsoft 365 tenant settings via Admin Center, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Entra portals.
• Handle L2/L3 escalations, perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventative fixes.
• Monitor service health, manage incidents, problems and changes following ITIL practices.
• Execute operational tasks such as user lifecycle management, license provisioning, policy enforcement and access control.
• Support Exchange Online mail flow, mailbox administration, eDiscovery, and troubleshooting Outlook connectivity.
• Provide Teams support including voice/video, meeting policies, guest access and basic QoS analysis.
• Manage SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, external collaboration and OneDrive sync issues.
• Assist with migrations of mailboxes, files and Teams data and maintain comprehensive documentation (SOPs, runbooks, KEDB).

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience supporting enterprise customers on the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Strong knowledge of L2 incident resolution, ITIL processes and operational excellence.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global support team.

• Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune/Endpoint.
• Azure AD (Entra ID) identity and governance.
• Experience with migrations of mailboxes, files and Teams.
