MICE Ticketing Officer

About the role

The MICE Ticketing Officer manages flight reservations and ticketing for domestic and international corporate groups, meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions. The role ensures accurate ticket issuance, re‑issuance, cancellations and refunds while coordinating with airlines and internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences for delegates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings for MICE groups and corporate clients using GDS platforms.
• Issue, re‑issue, cancel and process refunds in line with airline policies and fare rules.
• Coordinate group flight reservations, seat allocations and travel itineraries for conferences, exhibitions and incentive tours.
• Liaise with airlines for group fare negotiations, schedule changes, name corrections, special service requests and ticket modifications.
• Verify passenger details, travel documents and visa requirements.
• Monitor airline booking deadlines, ticketing time limits and group reservation follow‑ups.
• Support MICE Sales and Operations with flight options, fare quotations and travel planning.
• Manage last‑minute ticketing requests, itinerary changes and operational support during events.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, ticket issuance, cancellations and refunds.
• Ensure compliance with airline regulations, fare rules, company policies and client service standards.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in airline ticketing, preferably in MICE or corporate travel.
• Experience with domestic and international group ticketing is preferred.
• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
• Strong knowledge of airline fare construction, group ticketing and ticketing procedures.
• Familiarity with corporate travel and MICE operations is an advantage.
