MEP Superintendent

About the role

The MEP Superintendent will lead day‑to‑day site execution and coordination across all civil, structural, architectural, MEP and finishing works for high‑rise developments. This role ensures that construction progresses according to the approved program while maintaining quality, safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction schedules, sequencing plans and micro‑level planning for towers, podiums, basements, clubhouses and external works.
• Monitor progress against the baseline program, identify delays and implement recovery plans.
• Verify adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards and approved method statements.
• Oversee high‑rise core works such as raft, piling, foundations, shear walls, formwork systems, concrete placement and curing, as well as structural and architectural finishing.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols, HSE plans and statutory requirements.
• Act as the primary PMC representative, liaising with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and client teams.
• Review contractor manpower, resources, productivity and work methodologies; chair coordination meetings to resolve site issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading construction execution on high‑rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed schedules and resource plans.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
