About the role
The MEE & Liquification Operator is responsible for running and supervising specialized equipment that supports our production processes. The role requires close monitoring of enzyme activity and ensuring that all machinery operates safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor MEE & Liquification equipment to maintain continuous production flow.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and promptly report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Follow strict safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Monitor enzyme activity and adjust parameters to achieve target results.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience operating MEE & Liquification equipment.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.
