Medical Support Executive – Punjabi Language

About the role

The Medical Support Executive will operate within Noora Health’s Remote Engagement Service, providing Punjabi‑speaking families a channel to ask medical and non‑medical questions after the Care Companion Program. You will manage the digital platforms, translate queries, and ensure accurate documentation while supporting families through calls and surveys.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all technology platforms used for the Remote Engagement Service, including Copilot, RapidPro, Turn, Text‑it, and WhatsApp.
• Respond to patient and family queries in Punjabi (and Hindi) and translate them into English for the medical team.
• Document conversations according to established protocols and keep service reports updated.
• Make outbound calls to families in Punjabi/Hindi, record call details, and conduct surveys as needed.
• Participate in additional activities related to the Remote Engagement Service.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a BSc in Nursing (clinical experience of 0‑2 years is a plus).
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Punjabi; Hindi proficiency preferred.
• Comfortable using Android phones, laptops, web browsers, Gmail and common online tools.
• Willing to work an 8‑hour shift.
