Medical Officer - Emergency Care Centre

About the role

The Medical Officer will provide routine and emergency medical care to employees and their families at the Emergency Care Centre in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. This fixed‑term position focuses on occupational health, industrial hygiene, and continuous improvement of health services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver routine and emergency medical treatment for employees and family members.
• Conduct scheduled medical monitoring and health surveillance.
• Manage liaison services and coordinate occupational health programs such as CASHe, OH Sub‑committee, and awareness initiatives.
• Provide training to employees and contract workers on health and safety topics.
• Perform internal audits of occupational health processes.
• Assist the Chief Medical Officer in budgeting, execution, and monitoring of the medical department.
• Offer industrial hygiene services across offices and sites as required.
• Drive research and development activities to enhance health services.

Required profile

• MBBS degree (mandatory).
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in occupational health or emergency medical care.
• Desirable certifications: AFIH, CIH, DIH.
• Passion for excellence, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong communication skills.
