Medical Consultant – Multiple Specialties (Full-Time, On-Site)

About the role

We are seeking qualified and compassionate consultant doctors across several specialties to join a well‑established multi‑specialty hospital in Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh. The positions are full‑time, on‑site and offer the chance to deliver high‑quality patient care within a technology‑enabled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality outpatient and inpatient medical care.
• Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients using evidence‑based clinical practices.
• Perform specialty‑specific procedures and surgeries where applicable.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/HIS) and clinical documentation.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, quality standards, infection‑control practices, and statutory regulations.
• Participate in emergency care, clinical audits, and continuous quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Offer counselling to patients and families while upholding ethical standards.

Required profile

• MBBS from a recognized institution (mandatory).
• MD/MS/DNB/DM or equivalent super‑specialty qualification in the relevant discipline.
• Valid State Medical Council registration (preferred).
• 2–15 years of post‑qualification clinical experience in the chosen specialty.
• Proven expertise in diagnosis, treatment, and specialty‑specific procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in EMR/HIS documentation.
