About the role

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to lead oncology and haematology medical affairs activities across Emerging Markets. The role focuses on new product launch excellence, scientific engagement and market access support.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new product launch excellence and medical execution for priority oncology and haematology brands in Emerging Markets.
• Translate clinical and real‑world evidence into clear value narratives and practical commercial applications.
• Enable high‑impact scientific engagement including international speaker programs, webinars, advisory boards and KOL visits.
• Provide guidance to country teams for real‑world evidence generation and pharmacoeconomic/HEOR planning to support market access.
• Ensure compliant execution of scientific and promotional materials through timely approvals and governance in line with internal processes and regulations.
