Medical Advisor

About the role

The Medical Advisor will join Meghmani Lifesciences Ltd in Ahmedabad to lead medical affairs initiatives, support scientific strategy and drive educational programs. This full‑time, on‑site position combines strategic planning, KOL engagement and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance product lifecycle and market access.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute medico‑marketing and scientific strategies.
• Identify, engage and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Plan and deliver CMEs, RTMs and advisory board meetings.
• Create, validate and disseminate scientific content.
• Represent the company at conferences and scientific forums.
• Provide medical training for sales and marketing teams.
• Conduct clinical literature reviews and evidence‑based communications.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support brand growth.
• Offer medical and regulatory support throughout product lifecycle activities.
• Assist in pharmacy, scientific projects and academic initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Medicine or a related field (MBBS/MD preferred).
• Strong background in medical affairs, medical education and research.
• Experience with market access strategies is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.
