Media Planner

About the role

P&G is seeking a Media Planner to join its brand team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for shaping media strategies for one or two key brands, linking media activities directly to business outcomes across traditional, digital, social, and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead media strategy for assigned categories, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with central media operations and brand teams to evaluate media impact on business performance.
• Define media roles, set budgets, and allocate assets across platforms and placements.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of media campaigns across all channels.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering agility and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven media experience, preferably with exposure to brand management.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and business analysis.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• MBA or equivalent master’s degree.
