Media Analyst – Paid Search (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is looking for a Media Analyst specialized in Paid Search to join immediately. You will manage end‑to‑end search campaigns for international clients across Google Ads, Bing Ads and, where applicable, Search Ads 360.

Key responsibilities

• Build, set up and continuously optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Assist in designing search structures and overall marketing strategy.
• Execute daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks to ensure campaigns meet planned targets.
• Monitor competition, industry trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare client reports, deliver insights and suggest performance improvements.
• Manage client budgets responsibly and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to achieve goals.

Required profile

• Graduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management or related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of hands‑on experience in paid search.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills for internal and external audiences.
