Mechanical Site Engineer

About the role

The Mechanical Site Engineer will lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of mechanical projects on site. You will work closely with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and milestones using MS Project or Primavera.
• Coordinate daily activities across design, production, procurement and quality functions.
• Manage project budgets, track costs and ensure financial compliance.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders, provide status updates and maintain documentation.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain project documentation.
• Lead project closure activities, including hand‑over and lessons learned.

Required profile

• M‑Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Design, Production or Project Management.
• 2‑5 years of experience in project execution within a mechanical or construction environment.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and site operations.
