Mechanical Maintenance Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Team Member to join our manufacturing plant. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating equipment to ensure high reliability and safety. You will work on a variety of mechanical systems, from conveyors to compressors, supporting continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair material conveyors, bucket elevators, screw feeders, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, and blowers.
• Maintain and operate EOT cranes and ensure proper shaft and coupling alignment of rotary machinery.
• Execute conveyor belt jointing, hot and cold breakdown analysis, and develop CAPA actions.
• Manage outsourced mechanical contracts and lead department‑related projects and Kaizen initiatives.
• Enforce Lock‑Out/Tag‑Out procedures and achieve 100% compliance.
• Drive projects aimed at productivity improvement, cost reduction, and EHS enhancements.
• Implement modification works to boost equipment reliability and oversee spare‑part management.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of safety systems, lock‑out/tag‑out, and EHS standards.
• Ability to lead small projects and work with external contractors.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
