Mechanical Maintenance – Level II

About the role

The Mechanical Maintenance – Level II position is responsible for keeping production equipment operational and reliable. Working with limited supervision, you will perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on a variety of industrial machines while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Stop work and report any safety hazards, injuries or incidents in accordance with HSE policies.
• Perform routine preventive, emergency, corrective and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose equipment failures, conduct root‑cause analysis and document findings.
• Follow technical drawings, manuals and specifications to carry out repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure proper housekeeping.
• Provide feedback to the Preventive Maintenance system and raise issues to reduce cost and quality risks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in TPM activities.
• Communicate effectively with the production team and other support functions.

• Understanding of health, safety and environmental procedures for industrial settings.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to engage in training and personal development.
