About the role
We are seeking a passionate Mechanical CAD Trainer to join our team in Nagpur. The full-time, on-site position involves delivering instructor-led courses on a range of CAD and CAE tools, helping learners develop practical design skills.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations and lab exercises.
- Conduct classroom and hands-on lab sessions covering AutoCAD Mechanical, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Siemens NX and ANSYS.
- Demonstrate software features and guide participants through real-world projects.
- Assess learner progress and provide feedback to ensure competency.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to maintain standardized course content.
Required profile
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and teaching abilities.
- Industry or training experience is preferred, though fresh graduates with excellent software skills are welcome.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Mechanical.
- Experience with SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo and Siemens NX.
- Knowledge of ANSYS or other CAE tools.
